Can I host my purchased miners at your facility immediately?
Absolutely. If you select a 'Hosting Included' package, your miner will be moved directly from our inventory to our climate-controlled data center, saving you shipping costs and setup time.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
Due to the high volatility of the mining market, we do not accept returns once a machine has been hashed on a network. Defective units will be repaired or replaced under our warranty terms.
Do you provide technical support for setup?
Every purchase includes a digital setup guide and 30 minutes of remote technical support to ensure your miner is correctly configured to your preferred pool.
